The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is a vital role within the hospitality services team responsible for delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests. Compensation for this role includes an hourly base pay of $11 per hour plus tips averaging $30-$40 per shift, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive and fair wages. However, seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or a commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple English communications
- Ability to perform basic math including money calculations
- Ability to understand 24-hour time and rates
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Willingness to work night shift and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within a commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with American money units
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand time-related rates
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries
- Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures upon arrival
- Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys
- Collect claim checks from guests prior to issuing keys
- Complete and maintain ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
