This role demands a strong sense of responsibility, as the Guest Service Associate must manage vehicle parking operations efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Interaction with guests is a key part of the job, including welcoming guests warmly, providing directions and local information, and handling inquiries related to reservations, transportation, and amenities. The ability to maintain comprehensive records of parking transactions, calculate revenues, issue claim checks, and uphold Towne Park's customer service standards is integral to success in this position.

Physical demands of the job include regular periods of standing or walking, handling luggage, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The associate must also be capable of exerting significant physical effort when moving objects, with some roles requiring lifting up to 100 pounds.
