Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, PMC specializes in offering exceptional parking solutions tailored to the needs of various industries, including hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, and large event venues. The company’s operations extend beyond simple valet parking to include shuttle services, event parking management, and porter/bell services. PMC prides itself on delivering a seamless hospitality experience, acting as a vital extension of its clients’ guest services. Its commitment to excellence and guest-first approach positions the company as a trusted partner in the hospitality industry, ensuring high-touch service that enhances guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The role of Hospitality Valet Attendant, particularly within luxury hotels, resorts, and event environments, is a key frontline position at PMC. This role is integral to creating positive and lasting impressions for guests, representing the company’s brand through courteous, professional, and efficient parking services. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible not only for the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles but also for greeting guests warmly, managing vehicle flow, and maintaining a polished appearance and demeanor that aligns with PMC’s hospitality standards. The Valet Attendant position demands a high level of energy, professionalism, and attention to detail, as these factors directly influence guests’ overall experiences. You will engage with a diverse clientele, implement safety protocols for vehicle handling, and maintain organized and attractive valet areas. This role also requires flexibility for working shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays to support the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry. In addition to performing essential valet duties, employees in this position are encouraged to foster a positive team environment, handle challenging customer interactions with tact, and participate actively in required training and meetings to ensure continuous professional growth.

PMC emphasizes pay transparency and equitable compensation, fostering an environment where open dialogue about wages is encouraged. Valet Attendants gain valuable experience in customer service, hospitality operations, and teamwork essential for career advancement in the hospitality sector. The company supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k options, supplemental insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year through Bellevue University, and various bonus and discount programs.

Working with PMC means joining a military-friendly employer that values equal employment opportunity, inclusivity, and compliance with ADA standards. The company's at-will employment policy provides flexibility for both employer and employee while upholding high standards through a 120-day introductory period. The non-exempt status ensures overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. Valet Attendants must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and successfully pass background checks, ensuring the safety and security of guests and their property at all times.
