The role of Valet Attendant at Premium Parking is a vital position contributing directly to first impressions guests receive when entering a venue. Valet Attendants serve as the face of the company and the bridge between guests and a seamless parking experience. This employment opportunity involves a nighttime shift from 10pm to 6am, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Valet Attendants are responsible for greeting guests warmly and professionally, safely parking and retrieving vehicles of various types including automatic and manual transmissions, and assisting guests with additional needs such as directions and handling luggage. The role requires vigilance in maintaining accurate vehicle records and reporting pre-existing damage to ensure accountability. Valet Attendants also help facilitate smooth traffic flow around the parking area, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide support during high-volume times or special events.
This role is highly suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in active, fast-paced environments, and possess a strong commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Valet Attendants must be comfortable performing physical tasks such as walking briskly, bending, pushing and pulling car doors, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering luggage carts. The ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates typically need a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of experience and must be ready to endure various weather conditions while working outdoors.

- ability to pull and push car doors consistently during entire shift
- ability to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
- exposure to all weather conditions including rain, cold, heat, and humidity

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs
- maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required
- support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear
- help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment
- assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs
- follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns
