Job Requirements
- High school diploma or any equivalent
- Good communication and customer services skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving recorded (no serious violations such as excessive speeding, DUI)
- Ability to run, be on feet for long periods of time, and being outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting Baptist Health Lexington standards
- Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide quick, responsive customer service while returning or parking their cars
- Maintain safe driving practices and cleanliness of vehicles handled
- Assist customers with special needs or mobility challenges
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding valet operations
- Ensure efficient and timely parking and retrieval of vehicles
