Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record
- Successful background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance including adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
- Adaptability to changing environments and professionalism under pressure
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use equipment properly
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Check for vehicle damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the valet parking area
- Handle guest concerns politely and resolve problems quickly while supporting a positive team environment
- Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to all company rules and policies
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations
