  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record
  • pass and maintain clean background check
  • no special certifications required
  • able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
  • clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • arrive on time in full uniform and follow all company rules and policies
  • assist with other duties as needed to support team and daily operations
