- Valid driver’s license for state in which the property is located
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards

Job Duties
- Operating and parking guests’ cars in a safe and efficient manner
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Responsible for properly and accurately parking the guests' vehicles in correct parking spaces
- Responsible for recording any damage that exists on the guest’s automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle
- Responsible for returning the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it
