Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have three years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with no accidents or two-point driving infractions in the last five years
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual with good attendance record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including peak volume periods
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and be outdoors for several hours
- Possess cell phone and email account
- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least three years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with no accidents or major infractions in the last five years
- Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer service or public relations experience
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to operate company and customer vehicles safely
- Proficiency in operating EV charging equipment and related technology
Job Duties
- Greet incoming and outgoing customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely
- Manage Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations and services
- Provide customer assistance including opening car doors, handling luggage, and giving directions
- Perform key and cash audits and manage valet tickets and equipment
- Assist with traffic control and outdoor concierge duties
- Complete and maintain detailed activity logs and reports
