Job Description

Compass Group is a global leader in foodservice management and hospitality services, renowned for creating exceptional experiences in a variety of settings including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and corporate environments. One of its subsidiaries, TouchPoint Support Services, specializes in delivering outstanding hospitality and support services specifically tailored for patients, families, and visitors in healthcare settings. TouchPoint is dedicated to improving the patient experience by providing compassionate, high-quality support through its diverse team of associates who embody the values of service, teamwork, and excellence. Their mission focuses on creating moments that matter by fostering belonging, caring deeply for people, and supporting the healing process in hospitals affiliated with Ascension Health across the United States.

TouchPoint is currently hiring for a part-time Valet Attendant position located at All Saints Hospital at 3801 Spring Street, Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This role is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors arriving at the hospital, offering "World Class" valet services that ensure safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. The position involves promptly and safely delivering vehicles, assisting patients and guests with ingress and egress, and providing additional support such as handling wheelchairs and medical equipment with care and adherence to safety protocols.

As a Valet Attendant, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of safely driving a range of vehicles including both manual and automatic transmissions, and various sizes from sub-compact cars to SUVs and vans. The ability to consistently demonstrate competency in vehicle operation and follow proper body mechanics while assisting patients/guests is critical to the role. This position requires flexibility, as the work schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays with varying shifts. A valid driver’s license and prior experience in driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles are required. The position offers a competitive fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

In addition to the engaging nature of the role, TouchPoint associates enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their wellbeing and professional development. Both full-time and part-time associates have access to programs such as a retirement plan, health and wellness initiatives, identity theft protection, and more. Full-time employees receive additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.

Working with TouchPoint means joining a team that values respect, inclusivity, and mutual support while striving to make a meaningful difference in healthcare hospitality. The company places a strong emphasis on fairness and equality in employment practices, ensuring a safe, drug-free workplace and providing opportunities for associates to learn and grow. This position not only offers a chance to develop valuable skills in customer service and vehicle handling but also to be a part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing the healthcare experience for vulnerable populations. If you possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to service, and the ability to work flexible hours, this Valet Attendant role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a noble mission while developing your career in hospitality services.
