We are currently seeking dedicated and friendly Valet Attendants to join our team. The role of a Valet Attendant at Graton Resort & Casino is pivotal in providing guests with seamless and efficient parking services. The Valet Attendant is responsible for safely operating and parking guests' vehicles while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This position requires attentiveness to detail, as attendants must carefully inspect each vehicle for existing damages before parking and ensure that all vehicles are parked properly and securely. The role also involves handling guest luggage with care during hotel check-in and check-out to enhance the guest experience. Valet Attendants play a crucial part in maintaining a smooth flow of traffic in the parking area, keeping the driveway clear and accessible at all times.
Safety is a top priority in this role, as attendants must ensure a clean and hazard-free working environment. The ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred to accommodate the variety of vehicles guests may have. Prompt and courteous service is required when returning vehicles to guests, ensuring that each car is returned in the same condition it was received. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in valet or customer service roles beneficial
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred

- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage as needed
Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's core values and exemplary service standards at all times
- Record any damage on guest's automobile before parking
- Properly and accurately park guest's vehicles in correct parking lot spaces
- Lock guests' vehicles and securely store keys
- Keep driveway clear of cars that need parking
- Return cars to guests promptly and in the same condition
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Handle guest luggage with care during hotel check in and check out
- Drive manual and automatic transmissions (preferred)
