Job Description

Graton Resort & Casino is a renowned hospitality and entertainment destination located in Rohnert Park, California. Known for its vibrant casino floor, luxurious hotel accommodations, diverse dining options, and live entertainment, Graton Resort & Casino offers guests an unforgettable experience rooted in excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The property is owned and operated by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, aiming to provide a friendly, safe, and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees alike. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, Graton Resort & Casino continues to be a popular destination for locals and visitors seeking entertainment and relaxation.

The Valet Parking Attendant role at Graton Resort & Casino is a vital position that directly supports guest satisfaction by ensuring the safe and efficient handling of guests' vehicles. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, managing the parking of vehicles with care, and maintaining a secure environment for both vehicles and visitors. This position requires attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and guest-focused setting. Team members in this role uphold Graton Resort & Casino's core values and Exemplary Service Standards at all times, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience.

A key responsibility includes inspecting vehicles for existing damage before parking, accurately recording any issues, and ensuring vehicles are parked in their designated spots. Valet attendants must also ensure guest vehicles are locked and keys are securely stored throughout their stay. Efficiently managing vehicle retrieval and returning cars promptly in the same condition as received is another critical function. The role may also involve assisting guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, further enhancing the service experience.

Safety and cleanliness are paramount; attendants are expected to maintain a clear driveway at all times and promote a safe, clean working environment. Preference is given to individuals who can confidently operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles, as this skill set broadens the range of vehicles attendants can handle. This full-time position offers opportunities to engage directly with guests from diverse backgrounds, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Working at Graton Resort & Casino not only means being part of a leading entertainment venue but also becoming a valued member of a team dedicated to outstanding guest service and community engagement.
