Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Effective communication and ability to maintain positive working relationships
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with slip resistant shoes
- Must pass background check, including driving background check
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including holidays and weekends
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks under time constraints
- Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push, and pull
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs above and below shoulder level
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods or entire shifts
- Tolerant of second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months to a year cash handling experience strongly preferred within high volume industries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in all situations
- Maintains a neat and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance and arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses
- Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting the Family Style Service culture
- Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Opens doors for guests with enthusiasm and a smile
- Safely parks vehicles in designated valet spots or as directed, ensuring windows are rolled up, keys are in hand, and doors are locked
- Checks vehicles for damage and documents findings on vehicle tickets before parking
- Responsible for ticketing on the drive
- Assists with transporting baggage for arriving and departing guests
- Retrieves vehicles safely and promptly, opens doors for guests, and thanks them
- Ensures guests receive claim tickets and collects tickets upon vehicle retrieval
- Handles customer interactions, complaints, and challenges with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Creates a positive and luck-building environment for guests and employees
