Job Requirements
- Previous experience in valet required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive all types of vehicles including manual stick
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass driving background check
- Ability to work outside for majority of shift and be mobile/standing for 100% of shift
- Ability to push and pull luggage carts weighing up to 200 pounds
- Ability to lift or carry luggage or boxes up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility in availability to work according to business volume
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to be the best
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift or carry luggage or boxes up to 100 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests by opening car doors and assisting with arrival experience
- Retrieve valet cars for departing guests and assist with luggage and departure
- Issue appropriate valet parking tickets
- Assist guests with unloading luggage and guide to Front Desk for check-in
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Greet and open hotel doors for guests and patrons arriving on foot
- Direct guest cars and taxis to maintain smooth traffic flow
- Provide guests with directions and local information
- Arrange taxi services as needed
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and accommodate special requests
- Resolve guest complaints and assist inquiries related to hotel services and local events
- Drive guests within a 3-mile radius as part of the House Car program
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Complete and maintain all ticket information accurately
- Follow Four Seasons workplace rules and standards
- Work harmoniously with coworkers and management
