Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
minimum three years driving experience
ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
ability to work in fast-paced outdoor settings
tolerance to varying noise levels, temperature, illumination, and air quality
ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
ability to maintain prolonged standing, sitting, and mobility
physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
ability to perform balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
ability to use standard office equipment
ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
willingness to work evening, weekends, and holiday shifts

Job Qualifications

valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record maintained as per insurance carrier requirements

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
unload luggage and assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors
inspect and document vehicle exterior and interior for safety hazards and preexisting damage
safely park and retrieve vehicles without causing damage to vehicle, person, or property
maintain accuracy in guest payment processing, vehicle key inventory, and verify guest receipt matches key and vehicle before handing key to guests
ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
follow up with guests to resolve their requests or problems and document and report all vehicle incidents
provide guests with directions, local areas of interest or activity, and invitation to return
perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
