Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods
- Good physical condition to handle luggage and drive vehicles
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet parking or customer service is preferred
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
