Job Requirements
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
- Physical ability to stand, walk and drive for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in valet parking or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
