Job Requirements
- Previous experience in valet is required
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive all types of vehicles including manual stick
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a driving background check
- Ability to work outside for the majority of the shift and be mobile standing for 100 percent of shift
- Ability to push and pull luggage carts with weight up to 200 pounds
- Ability to lift or carry luggage or boxes up to 100 pounds
- Must have flexibility in availability to work according to business volume
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to be the best

Job Duties
- Greet guests by opening car doors and welcoming them to the hotel
- Retrieve valet cars for departing guests and assist with luggage and car door
- Issue appropriate valet parking tickets to guests
- Assist guests with unloading luggage and guide them to the Front Desk
- Offer services to transport luggage to rooms or escort guests to their rooms
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- Greet and open hotel doors for all guests arriving on foot
- Direct guest cars and taxis to appropriate positions and manage valet parkers
- Provide guest directions, recommendations, and local attraction information
- Arrange taxis as needed for guests
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality
- Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries about hotel services and events
- Drive guests up to three miles as part of House Car program
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Complete and maintain all ticket information and collect revenue when necessary
- Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- Work harmoniously with coworkers, supervisors, and management
