Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid US driver license and driving history showing safe conduct
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Ability to safely drive, park, retrieve and move a variety of motor vehicles
- Frequently standing up for extended periods
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 100 pounds
- Handling objects, products and computer equipment
- Use a keyboard to operate property management and reservation systems
- Good communication skills
- Reading and writing abilities
- Basic math and simple accounting skills
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Some college education preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to safely drive, park, and retrieve a variety of motor vehicles
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry items up to 100 pounds
- Basic computer skills including use of property management and reservation systems
- Problem solving and reasoning skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
- Communicate resolved issues to management so that further preventative and maintenance action may be taken
- Routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups as requested by phone or from within the hotel
- Process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes
- Perform guest room tours, concierge services, and special guest requests
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Be aware and prepare for all in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals
- Perform other duties as assigned
