Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid US driver license and driving history showing safe conduct
Ability to speak fluent English
Ability to safely drive, park, retrieve and move a variety of motor vehicles
Frequently standing up for extended periods
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 100 pounds
Handling objects, products and computer equipment
Use a keyboard to operate property management and reservation systems
Good communication skills
Reading and writing abilities
Basic math and simple accounting skills
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid US driver license with a safe driving history
Ability to speak fluent English
Some college education preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to safely drive, park, and retrieve a variety of motor vehicles
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry items up to 100 pounds
Basic computer skills including use of property management and reservation systems
Problem solving and reasoning skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
Communicate resolved issues to management so that further preventative and maintenance action may be taken
Routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups as requested by phone or from within the hotel
Process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes
Perform guest room tours, concierge services, and special guest requests
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments
Respond appropriately to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure guest satisfaction
Be aware and prepare for all in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals
Perform other duties as assigned
