Job Description
Towne Park is a premier hospitality services company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Known for managing parking and valet services across numerous locations including hospitals, hotels, and entertainment venues, Towne Park is committed to creating positive moments that matter to millions of patients, visitors, and guests every day. With a culture focused on compassion, professionalism, and teamwork, Towne Park prides itself on making a meaningful impact not only on its customers but also on its employees by fostering an engaging and supportive work environment. The company emphasizes the importance of smiles and exceptional service, making every interaction a chance to brighten someone’s day and enhance their visit.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park offers a unique opportunity to be at the frontline of hospitality. This position is primarily weekday-focused, running from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a requirement for availability every other weekend. The hourly wage for this role is $17 plus tips, reflecting Towne Park's commitment to competitive and fair compensation based on candidates’ skills, experience, and location. This job is more than just parking cars; it involves delivering a personalized, welcoming atmosphere that helps ease the anxieties of guests, supports their needs, and ensures a smooth, memorable experience.
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for several key duties including parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting guests with luggage, and providing directions and information about the facility and local attractions. The role demands a professional, courteous demeanor with a consistent focus on guest satisfaction. You will use your excellent communication skills to greet guests warmly—using their last names when appropriate—and assist them with a variety of requests such as reservations, taxi services, and shuttle rides within approved locations. Additionally, this position requires attention to detail when handling claim checks and key management, ensuring accuracy in parking documentation and revenue collection when necessary.
Towne Park ensures that employees in this role have access to valuable benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and the option to participate in a 401k retirement savings plan. While benefit eligibility depends on job classification, employment duration, and hours worked, Towne Park strives to provide a comprehensive package that supports the health, financial security, and well-being of its team members. It is important to note that seasonal and temporary roles do not qualify for these benefits.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential for this role. Given the nature of the job, the Guest Service Associate must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and frequently handle objects weighing 50 pounds or more. The position also requires agility for activities such as walking, running, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. The work environment may expose employees to extreme heat, cold, and other environmental conditions, so resilience and readiness to adapt are important traits.
Joining Towne Park means joining a team that truly values your contributions and supports your growth. The company’s culture promotes safety, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, making it an ideal employer for those who enjoy working in hospitality and delivering outstanding experiences. For those seeking a rewarding career where every smile counts, Towne Park offers the perfect platform to make a difference every day.
