It is a company culture centered around making a meaningful difference by creating smiles and fostering positive interactions between staff and guests.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a pivotal position focused on maintaining exceptional hospitality standards. This role requires delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient services to guests, ensuring each interaction is pleasant and memorable. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles with a strong emphasis on safety and timeliness, as well as assisting guests with luggage and other needs. This position operates primarily during evening shifts, offering an hourly wage starting at $15 plus tips, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive and fair compensation based on experience and qualifications.
The Guest Service Associate will engage directly with guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries guests may have regarding parking rates, facility amenities, or local attractions. Towne Park also provides employees with benefits such as insurance options and 401k retirement plans, subject to eligibility, making it a rewarding career path in the hospitality industry for both full-time and seasonal team members.
