Eligible employees benefit from a comprehensive set of offerings including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. While seasonal and temporary employees may not qualify for certain benefits, Towne Park strives to support the wellbeing and financial security of its workforce through valuable perks and resources.
