Job Description
Towne Park is a leading provider of parking services dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional and efficient valet and parking management solutions. Established with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Towne Park manages parking operations for a variety of clients including hotels, airports, hospitals, and entertainment venues. The company prides itself on its dedication to safety, convenience, and ensuring a seamless experience for all its customers. With a focus on employee development and community involvement, Towne Park offers a supportive and engaging work environment where associates are valued and provided with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
The role of a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is critical in upholding the company's reputation for superior guest service. This position is part-time and offers an hourly wage range of $16.30 to $17.00, plus tips, with an additional $2 shift differential for overnight shifts. The work schedule for this role is from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Sunday. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and professional hospitality services to guests. Your primary duties will include the safe and prompt parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering exceptional guest service through clear communication and proactive support.
In this role, you will be expected to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while greeting guests warmly and using their last names to personalize the experience. You will handle guest vehicles with the utmost care, manage claim checks, and ensure all parking operations adhere to the company's standards for safety and efficiency. Additionally, you will assist guests with directions, information about facilities and local attractions, and provide bell services including luggage delivery and storage when applicable.
The position demands physical stamina as much of the work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, requiring the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift heavy items up to 100 pounds occasionally, and operate vehicles with proficiency. Towne Park values safety and expects associates to handle vehicles cautiously and perform tasks such as parallel parking and potentially operating manual transmissions if necessary.
Employees in this role are eligible for a range of benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in the company’s 401k retirement plan, subject to eligibility based on job classification and tenure. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, providing excellent hospitality service, and being part of a respected company dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.
