Job Description
Towne Park is a distinguished hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for millions of patients, visitors, and guests. With a firm commitment to customer satisfaction, the company prides itself on making a positive impact through compassionate, attentive, and professional service. Whether it is easing the anxiety of a patient and their family, providing a memorable experience to a guest in an unfamiliar city, or supporting a colleague, Towne Park creates a culture where every interaction results in a smile and a meaningful impact. Established as an industry leader, Towne Park operates in various locations, delivering high-quality valet and guest services with a friendly and professional approach. The company fosters an environment where employees can feel valued, grow their skills, and contribute to making every guest feel welcome and cared for.
In this role, the Guest Service Associate is entrusted with the mission of providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. The associate plays a key role in the guest experience by parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage handling, and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism. This position is pivotal in ensuring that each guest's arrival and departure are seamless and welcoming. The Guest Service Associate represents Towne Park’s commitment to service excellence and professionalism. The position offers competitive compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location, with a base hourly rate of $12 plus tips. The work schedule spans Monday through Sunday, reflecting the continuous nature of hospitality services. Benefits include eligibility for accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and participation in the company's 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility criteria.
The Guest Service Associate must maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with every guest, coworker, and client, greet guests warmly within five feet, and use their last names to establish a personal connection. The associate is expected to exhibit excellent communication skills, use proper phone etiquette, and embody Towne Park's standards of hospitality. Responsibilities extend to safely parking vehicles, assisting guests with bell services, and managing luggage. The associate also facilitates guest needs by providing directions, arranging taxis or reservations, delivering messages or amenities, and shuttling guests when required. An important administrative aspect involves explaining parking rates and procedures upon guest arrival, accurately issuing and collecting claim checks, maintaining detailed ticket information, and collecting revenue as necessary.
This role demands both interpersonal skill and physical capability since it involves frequent sitting, standing, walking, and handling objects, as well as performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasionally lifting weights up to 100 pounds. Weather conditions and environmental factors are part of the work environment, so associates must demonstrate resilience and adaptability. Travel may be required occasionally, but it remains minimal. Towne Park offers a dynamic work environment where employees contribute to creating smiles daily while advancing their careers in hospitality services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, performing varied tasks, and being part of a company known for its compassionate and impactful service.
