This focus on service excellence is what sets Towne Park apart as a leader in hospitality services and valet management, making it a rewarding place to work and grow your career.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is integral to maintaining the company’s high standards of guest service. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable from arrival to departure. Your duties will include parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, assisting guests with luggage when needed, and providing helpful information or support about local amenities and the facility itself. This position requires a professional, courteous demeanor at all times, along with strong communication skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
Towne Park offers competitive and fair compensation to its employees, with an hourly base pay ranging from $16.90 to $29.25 per hour plus tips, depending on your skills, experience, education, and location. The work schedule spans from Monday through Sunday to accommodate the needs of guests around the clock. Employees are also eligible to participate in valuable benefits programs, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Although seasonal and temporary roles may not be eligible for these benefits, Towne Park ensures that eligible employees have access to comprehensive support to maintain their health and financial well-being.
Working as a Guest Service Associate involves not only operational tasks such as parking vehicles and managing claim checks, but also delivering a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly, using their last names where possible, and handling inquiries about the area or facility. The role demands physical capability, including the ability to lift heavy objects, stand or walk for long periods, and perform tasks in outdoor weather conditions. Towne Park is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. This position requires a valid driver’s license, basic math and communication skills, and some related experience or equivalent education. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating positive experiences for others, Towne Park offers an enriching career path where your efforts truly make a difference every day.
