With a focus on safety, quality service, and operational excellence, Towne Park is a trusted name in the parking and hospitality sector.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is an essential position that combines hospitality with operational responsibilities to create a memorable guest experience. This is a full-time position offering hourly compensation ranging from $16.50 to $21.13, including a $1 overnight shift differential where applicable. The work schedule encompasses all days from Monday through Sunday, reflecting the company's commitment to being available when guests need assistance. The Guest Service Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering attentive and friendly hospitality services to guests while managing parking and retrieval of vehicles efficiently and safely. The position requires good interpersonal skills, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of Towne Park, responsible for greeting guests warmly as they arrive, assisting with luggage when needed, and ensuring that their vehicles are parked and retrieved promptly and safely. Your duties will include helping guests navigate various services such as taxis, reservations, and local information about amenities and nearby attractions. You will also handle ticketing, manage claim checks, and calculate parking fees accurately. This role demands attention to detail, especially regarding vehicle care and customer service records, to maintain Towne Park's high standards.

The physical aspects of this job are significant, as you will be spending a substantial amount of time outdoors in varying weather conditions and engaging in physical activities such as lifting luggage and exerting force to move objects up to 100 pounds occasionally. Towne Park encourages reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform all essential functions successfully.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop a career in customer service and hospitality within a supportive and professional company. Towne Park offers benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and access to a 401k retirement savings plan for eligible employees.
