The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park embodies the essence of hospitality and service excellence. This position requires dynamic individuals who are passionate about providing attentive, friendly, and efficient services to guests. The core responsibility includes safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles with precision and care, ensuring both promptness and safety. Apart from vehicle management, the role involves offering bell services by assisting guests with their luggage during arrivals and departures, which is essential in enhancing the guest experience.
