With a strong focus on compassionate service, Towne Park excels in offering smiles through attentive and personalized care in various hospitality settings. From easing the anxiety of patients and their families to providing memorable experiences for guests visiting new cities, the company fosters a culture of warmth, professionalism, and excellence. As a leader in the hospitality industry, Towne Park prides itself on being a place where employees can make a real difference, creating smiles every day and making a positive impact on the lives they touch.
The company is now looking for dedicated individuals to join their team as Guest Service Associates. This part-time position offers an opportunity to work Monday through Friday, engaging with guests in a vibrant and dynamic environment. The role comes with a competitive hourly wage of $15 plus tips, making it an attractive option for those seeking rewarding part-time employment. Benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in a 401k retirement savings plan are available for eligible employees, reflecting Towne Park's commitment to employee well-being and financial security.
The Guest Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality services by ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional attention. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, providing bell services including luggage assistance during arrivals and departures, and assisting guests with various inquiries such as directions, reservations, and local attractions. Associates are expected to uphold a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, greeting guests personally and using their last names where possible to create a welcoming atmosphere.
This role requires adherence to precise operational procedures, including issuing claim checks upon vehicle receipt, collecting claim checks before key release, maintaining detailed ticket information, and accurately calculating parking rates and revenue. Associates must possess good communication skills to explain procedures clearly and manage customer interactions smoothly. The ability to drive carefully and handle vehicles responsibly is essential, with additional skills such as operating manual transmission vehicles and performing parallel parking viewed as highly desirable.
Towne Park emphasizes a supportive work environment, accommodating employees with disabilities to ensure they can perform their duties effectively. The physical demands of the role include frequent standing or sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and the occasional need to exert considerable physical effort in moving objects or assisting with luggage. The job is primarily performed outdoors, requiring the ability to work in various weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold, while maintaining a high standard of service.

The position offers not only competitive pay and benefits but also the chance to contribute to a company with a powerful mission to brighten each day and make a tangible difference for guests and colleagues alike.
