Job Description

Towne Park is a leading parking management and hospitality services company dedicated to providing top-tier customer experiences across various locations. With a commitment to excellence and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Towne Park has established itself as a trusted provider in the parking and valet services industry. The company prioritizes fair and competitive compensation for its employees, ensuring that their skills, experience, and education are rewarded appropriately. Towne Park offers a dynamic work environment that values professionalism, safety, and guest satisfaction, making it an ideal workplace for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest services. Employment with Towne Park is typically structured as hourly positions, with an hourly base pay of $15 plus tips, reflecting the company's dedication to fair wage practices and employee welfare. The typical work schedule for the Guest Service Associate role is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends, offering a balanced work-life arrangement for employees.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is integral to delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests. This position requires the associate to engage with guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner, ensuring their parking and luggage needs are met with professionalism and care. The role involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage handling including delivery and pick-up during guest arrivals and departures, and providing comprehensive guest assistance such as directions, taxi arrangements, and local information about amenities and attractions. The associate must maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times, greeting guests within five feet using their last names and offering a welcoming salutation of the day. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude are essential, as the Guest Service Associate acts as the face of Towne Park for many visitors. The position also requires the associate to handle administrative duties related to parking services, including issuing claim checks, managing vehicle keys, conducting damage surveys, and collecting revenue when necessary. Given the physical demands and outdoor nature of the job, which may expose employees to various weather conditions, the role is suited for individuals capable of fulfilling these requirements while maintaining a high standard of guest service. Towne Park supports its employees with benefits such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and access to a 401k retirement savings plan subject to eligibility. This comprehensive benefits package underscores the company's commitment to the well-being and long-term security of its workforce. Overall, the Guest Service Associate position offers a rewarding opportunity within a reputable parking and hospitality company, combining physical activity, customer interaction, and administrative responsibilities in a structured work environment focused on excellence and guest satisfaction.
