Job Requirements
- Valid Virginia driver’s license with positive points on DMV record
- Acceptable driver’s record with positive points for continued employment
- Must be able to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess reading and writing skills and be able to comprehend and communicate in English
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines
- Must be able to multitask and follow directions
- Required to work during inclement weather with day and evening rotations
- May be required to work some weekends for special events
- Ability to lift less than 20 lbs and 20-50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service, valet captain, or valet lead experience
- Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous professional driving experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience using a computer for data entry and inquiries preferred
Job Duties
- Determine parking assignments for customers
- Control traffic flow at each valet location
- Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damages
- Provide clear instructions to valet attendants on which vehicles to park
- Interact positively with customers to ensure a high level of service
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions
