Job Requirements

Valid Virginia driver’s license with positive points on DMV record
Acceptable driver’s record with positive points for continued employment
Must be able to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess reading and writing skills and be able to comprehend and communicate in English
Ability to work independently within established guidelines
Must be able to multitask and follow directions
Required to work during inclement weather with day and evening rotations
May be required to work some weekends for special events
Ability to lift less than 20 lbs and 20-50 lbs
Prolonged sitting

Frequent bending
Walking distances
Climbing steps or ladders
Reaching overhead, extensive, repetitive
Fast-paced, noisy environment
Able to handle multiple priorities and adapt to frequent change

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service, valet captain, or valet lead experience
Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
Strong communication skills in English
Previous professional driving experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience using a computer for data entry and inquiries preferred

Job Duties

Determine parking assignments for customers
Control traffic flow at each valet location
Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damages
Provide clear instructions to valet attendants on which vehicles to park
Interact positively with customers to ensure a high level of service
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions
