Job Description

Towne Park is a leading parking management company dedicated to providing efficient and exceptional guest services across various hospitality environments. As an industry leader, Towne Park specializes in offering professional valet parking and guest service solutions to enhance the customer experience at hotels, event venues, hospitals and commercial properties. The company prides itself on employing friendly, attentive and highly trained associates who deliver top-tier service with a strong focus on safety and guest satisfaction. With a commitment to competitive compensation and employee benefits, Towne Park fosters a supportive work environment that encourages growth and professionalism.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a pivotal position responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality and valet services to guests. This position offers an hourly base pay starting at $29.25 plus tips, with an additional $1 per hour shift differential for overnight shifts. The schedule is flexible, encompassing any day from Monday through Sunday, accommodating the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry. Employees in this role are eligible for various benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services and participation in a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to employment classification and eligibility.

As a Guest Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first and last impression. You will manage parking and vehicle retrieval efficiently and safely while assisting guests with their luggage and any additional needs such as directions, taxi arrangements, reservations, or local attraction information. Providing impeccable customer service with a courteous and friendly demeanor is essential. This role also requires adherence to operational procedures involving issuance and collection of claim checks, accurate completion of vehicle records including damage surveys, location tracking and processing payments where necessary.

Working outdoors in varying weather conditions is a key part of the job, requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift and handle heavy items up to 100 pounds at times. Safety is paramount, and therefore caution must be exercised while driving guest vehicles and performing valet operations. The position demands effective communication skills, a working knowledge of parking rates, and the capability to handle small group interactions with clarity and professionalism. The ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle and perform parallel parking is highly desirable.

The Guest Service Associate must embody the ethos of Towne Park by maintaining a pleasant, professional attitude while providing prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves standing or sitting for extended periods, navigating stairs, and performing physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy in handling guest information, and the ability to work under direct supervision with routine operational guidelines.

Overall, this role is perfect for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in outdoor work environments, and take pride in providing exceptional service that directly enhances a guest's stay or visit. Towne Park offers a rewarding career opportunity combining competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and a supportive team atmosphere that values your safety and professional growth.
