Seasonal and temporary employees are excluded from these benefits.
The role also involves some physical demands such as lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and being able to perform tasks like sitting, standing, running, and navigating stairs. Towne Park values safety and inclusivity, providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be knowledgeable about safe driving practices including potentially operating manual transmissions, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
