PMC is currently hiring for both full-time and part-time Valet Attendants. These roles are hourly, non-exempt positions offering competitive compensation ranging from $14 to $20+ per hour, which includes a base pay, tips, and bonus opportunities. Actual earnings depend on an individual's experience, qualifications, shift assignment, guest volume, and overall business needs. Scheduling flexibility is a key benefit, with shifts available mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight.
Valet Attendants at PMC play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience by providing courteous, professional, and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval services. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and capable of handling responsibilities that directly impact guest satisfaction and safety. Attendants are expected to greet guests warmly, safely handle vehicles, document vehicle conditions accurately, maintain smooth traffic flow, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a clean, organized, and professional work environment. The physical demands of the position include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
