Job Description

Parking Management Company (PMC) is a nationally recognized leader in hospitality-focused parking services, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. With a rich history of delivering exceptional valet and self-parking management solutions, PMC serves a diverse array of industries including hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, and event venues. The company is committed to a guest-first approach, ensuring that every parking experience contributes positively to the overall hospitality journey. PMC’s comprehensive suite of services includes shuttle operations, event parking coordination, and porter/bell services, all designed to enhance convenience and elevate customer satisfaction for their partners and guests. Known for its dedication to excellence, PMC partners with top-tier establishments to provide seamless, high-touch service that aligns perfectly with the hospitality standards expected in prestigious environments.

The valet attendant role at PMC is a vital position that blends customer service excellence with operational efficiency. This role is offered in both full-time and part-time capacities, with flexible scheduling options that cover mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Valet attendants can expect to earn between $14 and $20 per hour, a compensation package that includes base pay, tips, and bonus opportunities. The actual earnings vary depending on experience, qualifications, shift assignment, guest traffic, and overall business needs. This makes the role ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment with opportunities for financial growth through excellent service.

Valet attendants at PMC are front-line representatives who create outstanding guest interactions by greeting guests warmly and managing vehicle parking with care and professionalism. The position involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, inspecting cars for condition upon arrival and departure, ensuring smooth traffic flow in busy parking areas, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and safety procedures. Attendants also handle monetary tips responsibly and are expected to uphold a clean, organized, and professional work environment, reflecting PMC’s high standards. The work environment demands physical stamina, as attendants stand and walk extensively and operate outdoors in all weather conditions. This role requires readiness to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays, making it suitable for versatile individuals committed to hospitality excellence.

Those interested in the position can attend hiring events held at convenient locations such as the Homewood Suites Savannah Historic District, where walk-ins are welcome for interviews and on-the-spot conditional offers. Prospective employees should bring two forms of identification and a positive attitude, with resumes encouraged but not required. PMC fosters a supportive workplace culture and is an equal opportunity employer, ensuring a discrimination-free hiring process. Employment is at will, providing flexibility for both employer and employee in the employment relationship. PMC also offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, sick leave, tuition assistance, leadership development programs, performance bonuses, and employee discounts. This blend of competitive pay, flexible scheduling, supportive environment, and strong benefits package makes PMC an excellent employer for those looking to thrive in hospitality-focused parking service roles.
