Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- One month related experience or training
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to operate a manual transmission (preferred)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Availability to work variable shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the working state or within a commutable distance
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including money handling
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests and co-workers
- Greet guests promptly and use their last names during interactions
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and cautiously
- Assist guests with luggage services and bell assistance
- Provide information and assistance regarding directions, taxis, reservations and local amenities
- Explain parking rates and procedures to guests
- Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and revenue collection
