Job Requirements

- No prior experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Must comply with all traffic and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors using appropriate protocols
- Answer questions related to valet services and provide directions
- Safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles in compliance with safety laws
- Assess and document vehicle damage before and after parking
- Report any damage caused during parking or retrieval
- Record parking space locations and secure vehicle keys
- Operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators safely
- Report any malfunctions or operating problems immediately
- Assist residents and visitors with directions or refer them to appropriate sources
