With a strong commitment to excellence, Towne Park fosters an inclusive work environment where employees can grow, contribute, and make a difference in their communities. This company operates within the hospitality industry, specializing in valet, parking management, and guest services that enhance the overall experience of guests at hospitals, hotels, event venues, and other facilities.
The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a dynamic and rewarding position that combines hospitality skills with operational responsibilities. This role involves greeting and assisting guests with utmost professionalism and friendliness, managing parking and retrieval of guest vehicles safely, and offering luggage assistance when applicable. The position demands a customer-focused approach, with associates expected to maintain a pleasant demeanor and actively contribute to a positive guest experience. This is a full-time opportunity with work scheduled from Monday through Sunday. Towne Park offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $24 to $25, plus tips, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering fair and market-based compensation.
The Guest Service Associate is vital in communicating effectively with guests by providing information about the facility’s amenities, local attractions, and addressing inquiries related to taxis, reservations, or directions. The position requires handling parking procedures including issuing claim checks, collecting keys, and accurately managing all documentation and revenue associated with parking services. Associates are expected to follow safety protocols, operate vehicles cautiously, and perform functions such as parallel parking and potentially driving manual transmission vehicles.
Working outdoors is a significant part of this job, with associates often exposed to varying weather conditions. Physical demands are also a notable aspect, as the role may require lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and standing or walking for extended hours. Towne Park provides various benefits to eligible employees including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine options, and participation in a 401k retirement savings plan. However, seasonal or temporary employees may not qualify for these benefits.
Towne Park values its employees and offers reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities to ensure they can successfully perform essential job functions. Overall, this role offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking a hospitality career where they can engage with the public, develop strong service skills, and contribute to a respected organization known for its impact in the hospitality services industry.
