The company prides itself on its mission to create smiles by delivering exceptional hospitality and compassionate service that eases the anxiety of patients and their families, while also supporting guests and colleagues alike. As a part of the Towne Park team, employees have the rewarding opportunity to impact the lives of guest and team members every day through attentive, friendly, and efficient service.

The Guest Service Associate is expected to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. They use personalized communication techniques, including addressing guests by their last names and using a warm salutation of the day.
Additionally, this role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks such as directing guests, facilitating taxi services and reservations, delivering guest amenities, and providing shuttle services where applicable. The Guest Service Associate must also ensure the correct handling of parking tickets and vehicle keys, apply proper procedures for parking and revenue collection, and maintain detailed records of all vehicles in the valet system. This critical attention to detail helps maintain security, accuracy, and efficiency in all operations.
Towne Park offers competitive hourly compensation starting at $12 per hour, plus tips, reflecting the skills, experience, education, and location of the candidate. Work schedules are on call with variable hours, offering flexibility. To excel in this position, candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision while maintaining great customer service skills. The Guest Service Associate role also has physical demands, including the capacity to stand or sit for long periods, walk, run, lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and operate in all weather conditions.
