The Guest Service Associate role is fundamental within Towne Park’s hospitality service team. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and who take pride in delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Your role extends beyond simple vehicle management to encompass guest assistance with directions, reservations, and general inquiries, ensuring that visitors feel welcomed and well-cared for from the moment they arrive. This position requires maintaining accurate and complete records of parked vehicles, including damages, vehicle location, and collection procedures, which directly impacts the effectiveness and reputation of the service provided.

Towne Park values the safety of its guests and employees alike, emphasizing cautious vehicle operation and adherence to established procedures. The position offers an on-call work schedule and pays a base rate of $12 per hour, augmented by tips. In addition to hourly compensation, Towne Park provides access to benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan for eligible employees based on job classification and tenure. While seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for some benefits, Towne Park fosters an inclusive work environment that supports career growth and stable employment opportunities.

By joining Towne Park, Guest Service Associates become part of a committed team that values respect, integrity, and the power of a smile to brighten someone’s day. This career path offers an avenue to develop customer service skills, gain valuable work experience, and contribute to a service culture that impacts patients, guests, and visitors positively every day. You will be supported in your role through comprehensive training and reasonable accommodations where necessary to ensure you can perform your duties effectively and safely, regardless of physical limitations.
