The role of Hospitality Valet Attendant offers a unique opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about customer service and hospitality. This position is instrumental in creating memorable first and last impressions for guests at luxury hotels, resorts, and special events. Valet Attendants are responsible for delivering courteous, efficient, and safe vehicle parking services, while embodying the friendly and professional spirit of PMC. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available with compensation ranging from $13.00 to $20.00+ per hour, including base pay plus tips, which are earned through excellent service performance and positive customer interactions. The Valet Attendant serves as the face of the company, welcoming guests warmly, managing vehicle drop-offs and retrievals safely, and maintaining a polished presence throughout their shift. This role requires physical stamina, a customer-oriented demeanor, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, outdoor environments.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Customer service attitude and willing, helpful demeanor mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Excellent communication skills with professional and friendly guest interaction
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands
  • Dependability and adherence to safety procedures
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
