Job Description

All About Parking Inc. is a reputable company specializing in providing professional valet and parking management services, including electric vehicle (EV) support, to a wide range of clients. The company is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, maintaining a strict non-discrimination employment policy regardless of race, creed, color, age, sex, religion, or national origin. Ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for both employees and customers, All About Parking Inc. applies thorough background checks for all employees, indicating its commitment to safety and trustworthiness.

As a leader in the parking and valet industry, All About Parking Inc. focuses on delivering superior customer service through skilled and courteous attendants. These attendants are not only responsible for classic valet services but also handle operations involving electric vehicles with an understanding of the latest EV charging technologies. Working at All About Parking Inc. means becoming part of a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-first approach.

The role of an Attendant at All About Parking Inc. is multifaceted and client-facing, centering on providing seamless support in valet parking, managing electric vehicle charging stations, and performing driving operations. Attendants are the first point of contact for customers arriving or departing, greeting them warmly, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and responding to inquiries in a professional, friendly manner. The position requires a versatile individual capable of handling both vehicle-related duties and customer service tasks efficiently.

The Attendant’s responsibilities extend beyond just parking cars and include assisting patrons with wheelchairs, luggage, and other special needs, ensuring a courteous and helpful experience. They play an active role in maintaining station operations, updating logs for valet and EV services, managing tickets and keys, performing audits, and controlling traffic within the premises when necessary. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies are critical in managing equipment and cash, ensuring security and accountability.

In addition, Attendants may be required to transport employees and guests to designated areas using company vehicles, demonstrating safe driving skills and full compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. They are also involved in maintaining cleanliness and order around their workspace and assisting with any other duties assigned to support overall operational efficiency.

Candidates for the Attendant position should excel in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving within fast-paced and dynamic environments. Flexibility in work shifts and locations is key to servicing peak periods and handling emergency situations effectively. This role demands physical stamina, as attendants will be regularly moving in and out of vehicles, standing for long periods, and conducting physically demanding activities such as lifting and handling equipment. A commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction is paramount in this role.

At All About Parking Inc., employees are valued as integral members of a growing team that takes pride in fostering a respectful, safe, and engaging workplace. The company's emphasis on training, including hands-on EV operations, ensures that attendants are well-equipped with the latest industry knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional service.

If you are enthusiastic about delivering premium customer experiences and enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth, this Attendant role offers a rewarding career path with All About Parking Inc. The employment opportunity encourages a commitment to quality, adaptability, and teamwork in the bustling parking service industry.
