Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to competently park a guest’s vehicle and competently bring down the guest’s vehicle
- Must have a positive attitude and good spirit
- Constant direct contact with guests
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires directing guests and answering guest questions
- Ability to work in confined areas and various environmental conditions like hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated areas
- Ability to work with electrical, mechanical, and computer equipment, and flame/heat generated devices
- Ability to work with others around him or her with verbal and/or face-to-face contact
- Willingness to work shift work including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Must meet and deliver core values, service standards, and family style service
- Must provide internal and external guests with service excellence
- Must have excellent communication and observation skills
- Above average speech ability in English

Job Duties
- Parks guests vehicles
- Proper and safe use of the man-lift
- Retrieves guests vehicles from parking garage and secures the guests vehicles
- Hangs keys on the keyboard on the proper hook
- Removes keys from the keyboard and properly matches the valet ticket numbers
- Files valet tickets in the ticket rack provided
- Answers the phone professionally and courteously
- Maintains cleanliness of key booth
- Keeps the valet office door closed when absent from the office
- Drives guests with oversized vehicles to the employee lot and returns guests to their vehicles
- Allows no one to park outside the valet office without leaving his or her key with Valet
- Tickets guests vehicles and helps them with luggage
- Moves luggage and or calls a bell person
- Pulls luggage out of the luggage room for guests when bellmen is unavailable
