Serving key locations throughout Southern Florida, ECV prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and professional valet solutions. The company's commitment to quality, employee growth, and community involvement has translated into a positive company culture and steady growth even in challenging economic times. ECV is known for promoting from within, fostering a supportive environment where all employees are recognized and valued. They offer a variety of employee incentives including company trips to professional sporting events and picnics, quarterly newsletters to keep staff informed on company developments, and scholarship opportunities for continuous personal and professional growth.

East Coast Valet is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join their team as Valet Parking Attendants in the Pompano Beach, FL area. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling that includes a mix of day and evening shifts. The role primarily involves greeting and assisting customers, parking their vehicles safely and efficiently, and maintaining a visible, professional presence as a representative of the establishments ECV serves. Employees are expected to quickly return to their station after parking vehicles to be ready for the next patron, ensuring smooth and timely service throughout the shift.

The position offers a competitive base pay rate starting at $18 per hour plus tips, with an average earning potential of $19 to $20 per hour when tips are included. ECV operates with weekly payroll options including checks, direct deposits, or pay cards, and employees receive their tips daily. The work environment is predominantly outdoors and can include exposure to various weather conditions, requiring employees to maintain professionalism and a high work standard regardless of heat, cold, or precipitation. Valet attendants should be comfortable with physical demands such as standing for extended periods, running frequently throughout their shift, entering and exiting vehicles repeatedly, and handling items such as wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, or gifts.

East Coast Valet emphasizes thorough training, including a four-shift training period during which employees are paid a higher rate but do not receive tips. Additional benefits for qualifying full-time staff include paid sick time, a 401k retirement plan, medical and dental insurance (with a cost split after 90 days worked), and increased vacation time. The company takes pride in its inclusive hiring practices, welcoming applicants with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, and security, and providing accommodations for parents and those seeking evening or part-time schedules. Veterans and active-duty military personnel are especially encouraged to apply.

Applicants must meet certain minimum requirements including being at least 18 years of age, possessing a valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year, a good driving record approved by management, and the ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle (training is provided if needed). Own transportation and prior customer service experience are also required. All new employees undergo a criminal background check and a 30-day trial employment period, during which performance is closely monitored to ensure duties are properly executed.
