Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Have a valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
- Approved driving record
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle or complete training
- Own reliable transportation
- Experience in customer service
- Able to stand for at least 8 hours daily
- Capable of running up to 50 times per shift
- Able to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly
- Able to lift items like wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Maintain neat appearance and professional attitude
- Complete a 30-day probationary period
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles or willingness to train
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable personal transportation
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent running
- Good driving record and ability to maintain it during employment
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicles
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain a vigilant and professional presence while on duty
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle customer belongings such as wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage carefully
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries
- Uphold company standards of service in all interactions
