The role of the Valet Attendant at Premium Parking is both dynamic and essential. This position involves the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles, assisting guests with inquiries, managing smooth traffic flow within the parking facilities, and supporting overall operational activities. Working primarily from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm shifts, Valet Attendants must exhibit a polished and professional demeanor while adhering to the highest standards of guest service and safety compliance. Beyond basic vehicle handling, this role requires attentiveness to detail in documenting vehicle conditions, managing tickets and keys with precision, and contributing to a clean and organized parking environment. In addition to operational tasks, Valet Attendants are expected to support event-specific responsibilities, assist with luggage or parcels, and maintain clear communication with leadership regarding any safety concerns or unusual activities. Physical stamina is important in this role due to the demands of walking briskly, bending, lifting, and exposure to various weather conditions. Candidates with driving experience, both automatic and standard vehicles, are preferred, and a valid Driver's License is mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Valid Driver's License required
- Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Ability to walk briskly or jog during shift
- Ability to bend, sit, and stand repeatedly
- Ability to pull and push car doors consistently during shift
- Ability to bend and twist when getting in and out of vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or jog for entire shift
- Strong depth perception
- Exposure to various weather conditions including rain, cold, heat, and humidity
Job Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Ability to drive and operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Provide clear directions, answer questions, and assist with any parking related needs
- Maintain a courteous and service focused approach at all times
- Assist hotel guests with luggage or parcels
- Safely park, maneuver, and retrieve vehicles of various sizes with both automatic and standard transmissions
- Issue tickets, record necessary details, and follow all location specific procedures for validations, hotel guests, events, or monthly parkers
- Return keys promptly to the designated storage area and maintain an organized keyboard
- Document all preexisting vehicle damage according to operational procedures to reduce liability
- Operate equipment such as car lifts or man lifts when applicable, following all safety protocols
- Direct incoming vehicles using approved hand signals or a flag to maintain clear entry lanes
- Keep all drive lanes clear by ensuring vehicles pull up efficiently and are parked appropriately
- Maintain a clean and orderly parking environment by removing debris, sweeping, and emptying trash as needed
- Assist with signage setup, adjustments, and replacements
- Immediately communicate safety hazards, equipment issues, or unusual activity to leadership
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper equipment use and adherence to traffic flow guidelines
- Carry a valid Driver's License at all times while operating vehicles
- Support special event operations by managing increased traffic flow and guest needs
- Complete required checklists and operational documentation for the shift
- Scan tickets, employee barcodes, or vehicle information based on site technology
