The company prides itself on fostering a work culture that values integrity, respect, and teamwork, aiming to create a positive experience not only for its guests but also for its employees. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, Towne Park utilizes advanced parking technology and well-trained staff to ensure smooth and reliable parking operations that meet the needs of each unique location and clientele.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a vital position centered around delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service in a courteous, attentive, and efficient manner. This position is hourly paid at $13.00 plus tips, offering a fair compensation package reflecting the candidate's experience and skills. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, providing a stable and predictable routine.

As a Guest Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly and using their last names to personalize interactions. Your responsibilities include the safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, assisting guests with their luggage and bell services, and providing accurate information regarding parking rates, procedures, and local amenities. Employees must operate vehicles cautiously and demonstrate excellent driving skills, including the ability to perform parallel parking and possibly operate a manual transmission.

This role emphasizes excellent communication abilities with guests, co-workers, and clients, requiring the ability to understand and respond to guest inquiries about directions, reservations, and nearby attractions. Maintaining professional phone etiquette and handling guest messages or delivering amenities are also important aspects of the duties. Towne Park values employees who display a friendly and professional demeanor, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Physical demands of the job are significant, including regular standing or walking, occasional running, climbing stairs, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Towne Park ensures reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Eligible employees have access to benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan, although eligibility depends on job classification and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles may not qualify for these benefits. Overall, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment with supportive management and potential for professional growth. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, customer-facing roles and take pride in delivering excellent service with attention to safety and detail.
