With a culture deeply rooted in kindness and attentiveness, Towne Park goes beyond providing basic parking and valet services, aiming to lift anxiety and create smiles through every guest experience. Their dedication to building a warm and welcoming environment makes Towne Park a great place to build a rewarding career in hospitality.
Towne Park offers employment opportunities that allow individuals to make meaningful contributions while developing valuable skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The company emphasizes a team-oriented approach where employees are encouraged to assist each other, fostering a workplace culture that values respect, professionalism, and a passion for service excellence. The company proudly provides competitive compensation packages that align with job-related skills, education, experience, and geographic location. Towne Park values fair pay and offers a base hourly rate of $16.90 plus tips and an overnight shift differential of $2.50 for eligible shifts, reflecting their commitment to rewarding staff appropriately.
The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is vital to delivering outstanding hospitality services. This position requires the individual to provide friendly, efficient, and professional assistance to guests, ensuring their experience from arrival to departure is seamless and memorable. Key responsibilities include safely parking and retrieving vehicles with a customer-first approach, assisting guests with luggage and bell services, and providing courteous service that upholds the Towne Park brand standards. The role demands attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
Towne Park also invests in employee well-being by offering a suite of benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine access, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan, with eligibility based on employment classification and tenure. While seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from these benefits, full-time employees can take advantage of comprehensive support designed to enhance work-life balance and financial security.
This position typically operates Monday through Sunday, with varying shift schedules that may include overnight hours requiring responsible handling of duties under shift differentials. The environment for this role is predominantly outdoors, often requiring employees to work in diverse weather conditions, ranging from extreme heat to cold. Physical demands include lifting, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing tasks requiring coordination and cautious vehicle handling. Towne Park provides reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform their essential functions.
