Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Capacity to work second shift hours
- Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varied weather and temperature conditions
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy character
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel or valet services preferred
- Excellent driving record verified by Motor Vehicle Administration
- Ability to operate vehicles of varying sizes and transmission types
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles with care and professionalism
- Provide guests with information about local attractions, directions, and hotel services
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of vehicles and keys
- Communicate effectively with guests and management to resolve any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Operate various vehicle types including automatic and manual transmissions
