We are seeking a responsible and courteous Valet Attendant for the 2nd shift who will play a vital role in shaping the first and last impressions of our guests. As a Valet Attendant, you will be the friendly face that greets guests upon arrival, assisting them with their vehicle and luggage while providing exemplary customer service. This position requires someone with a strong sense of pride and attention to detail, ensuring each guest’s vehicle is handled with care, parked safely, and returned promptly in pristine condition. Your presence will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience, reflecting the professionalism and standards that our hotel upholds. Beyond parking duties, you will also serve as a knowledgeable source of local information, assisting guests with directions, recommendations, and hotel-related inquiries. Valet attendants act as safety and security agents by following established protocols to protect guests’ vehicles and personal belongings, meticulously securing cars and managing keys according to hotel policy. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions, as well as an excellent driving record that includes the ability to operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions and different sizes, including vans and limousines. With one year of prior hotel or related experience preferred, our ideal candidate is communicative, dependable, and motivated to provide exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
