Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences in the parking and guest services industry. With a strong commitment to creating smiles, Towne Park serves millions of patients, visitors, and guests by providing compassionate, friendly, and efficient service. Operating primarily in healthcare environments, hotels, and various venues, Towne Park prides itself on enhancing the overall guest experience through attentive and personalized hospitality. The company values every interaction, understanding that each smile and positive encounter makes a meaningful impact on their customers, clients, and team members alike. Towne Park’s mission centers around making a difference every day by fostering an environment where employees are empowered and appreciated for their role in delivering outstanding service. Rather than just a job, a career at Towne Park is a pathway to making genuine connections and brightening the days of others.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is an essential position within this service-oriented company, focused on providing outstanding hospitality experiences to guests. The Guest Service Associate is primarily responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Alongside valet duties, this position involves assisting guests with their luggage and providing helpful information such as directions, local area highlights, and facility amenities. The role requires a balance of operational efficiency and genuine hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $17 plus tips, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive and fair compensation. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some shifts extending to 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. This schedule supports a work-life balance while providing opportunities for those who enjoy working in a dynamic and engaging hospitality environment.

Towne Park also offers a range of benefits to its employees, including eligibility to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine services. Additionally, employees can participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan, helping them plan for their financial future. While seasonal and temporary roles may not qualify for these benefits, permanent employees enjoy these valuable perks designed to promote health, security, and well-being.

The Guest Service Associate works closely with guests by greeting them with respect and professionalism, using their names to personalize interactions and foster a warm atmosphere. Duties involve careful and cautious vehicle handling to ensure guest vehicles are safely parked and retrieved, with thorough documentation to avoid any discrepancies or issues. The associate also plays an informational role, assisting guests with reservations, transportation, and any inquiries they may have, always aiming to enhance their visit.

This position suits individuals who enjoy working outdoors, as the majority of duties occur outside, sometimes in varied weather conditions. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and remain active throughout the shift. The role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide exemplary customer service. Towne Park supports its employees with training and reasonable accommodations to ensure their success in all job functions.

Overall, a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is more than a valet or parking attendant — they are ambassadors of hospitality who contribute significantly to creating memorable experiences for guests. This role is ideal for those who take pride in service excellence and who thrive in a team-oriented environment where they can make a tangible difference every day.
